1. Return Eligibility

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, manuals, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or discounted products (unless defective)

3. Return Process

Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
